1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer
Partial refunds may be granted in the case of:

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive:

Provide photos if the item is damaged
We will investigate and assist with a replacement or refund when applicable.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
