Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Non-returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved:

If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

  2. After approval, make a new purchase for the desired item
