Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

If there is a delay due to high volume or supplier issues, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 8–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days

  • Latin America: 10–30 business days

  • Other countries: 10–30 business days

These are estimates — delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, logistics delays, and local courier performance.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are displayed and calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

We may offer free shipping promotions for select orders or destinations.


4. Tracking Information

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email including:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your package

Please allow 3–7 business days after shipment for tracking updates to appear in the system.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided.
Fate Sale is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us:

  • We will contact you

  • You will be responsible for new shipping costs if reshipment is requested


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Handling charges

These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office

  2. Contact the carrier for assistance

If the package is still missing, reach out to us and we will help investigate the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors.


8. Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged:

  • Keep the product and all packaging

  • Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage

We will assist with a refund or replacement when applicable.
